American Compliance Legal Services ("ACLS," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed affidavit consulting and debt resolution service. We work with creditors and debt collectors to facilitate the resolution of outstanding financial obligations.

You have the right to request that we cease communication with you. If you notify us in writing, we will stop contacting you except to notify you of specific legal actions or to confirm that collection efforts are being terminated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid by you for our Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
